Meet Clementine!

 

 Clementine is a gnome that moved to the city to sew in a little sewing shop. All her friends live in the forest. She misses them, but she loves to sew for people! One of her favorite things to sew are gifts for all if her friends back home! Clementine has such a loving heart, and her favorite holiday {besides Christmas of course} is Valentines day! 

 

One day Clementine's best friend Pearl came to the city to play! They had so much fun! When it was time for Pearl to go back home, Clementine gave her a bag of little handmade felt hearts to pass out! Pearl was so excited! 

 

These little gnomes came from Kid Giddy's book Sewing Tales, to Stitch and Love! It's such a fun book and has patterns for every sewing level! I consider it a must! Clementine sits nicely on a shelf in my sewing room {she's keeps me motivated when I'm working on a project}!

It's a new year...2014

It's a new year... time to start fresh! 

What goals do you have this year, and what did you accomplish last year? January is one of my favorites months! I had a busy Christmas and it's nice to take time and reflect! This year I'd like to organize my housem!

So Many Circles!!!

I've been putting together a circle quilt, and it's been one of my favorite quilts so far! Here is the progress...
